Course Info
This 3-day REC-Swiftwater Rescue Technician course offers recreational boaters, water recreation enthusiats, whitewater guides/trip leaders, and rescue professionals an opportunity to develop the confidence and skills to respond accidents and emergencies in the swiftwater environment. Course participants will learn the most up-to-date swiftwater and whitewater rescue techniques. This course combines both classroom and active in-water field days.
Prerequisites
- Adequate Physical Fitness
- Swimming ability
- 18 years old or older
